Let me just say this: I am in love with Andy Goldsworthy's work! So Kidmade's "Take Only Pictures Make Only Art" June assignment is a challenge I am willing to take on - er, I mean, I'm sure the kids are gonna love it! Get the details here!

"What color was your day?" is a simple and easy daily journaling habit that your pre-writers can start right now. At the end of the day, the child chooses a color that reflects their day and uses that to make a drawing (or scribble). Such a lovely way to introduce journaling at a young age. I want to thank Katurah for doing such a wonderful job this past week! I find the life she lives in Africa with her beautiful family very inspiring and I hope you have too :) Thank you Katurah!
So, can I just say how much I missed you all!! I really love this blog and it has been such a natural fit for my life that it feels like I've been doing it for much longer than just three months. Thanks for checking in, sending me submissions, linking and putting the button on your blogs; I so appreciate each and every one of you and am very excited to get back to posting again!
