Here's a little turkey softie that I made from my son's handprint! I've posted a tutorial for it at my other blog, Bella Dia, if you'd like to give it a try :)
The classic hand print turkey is my favorite craft for Thanksgiving. I found this wonderful example at Mayfly - don't let the holiday go by without making at least one!
