Marionettes from cardboard tubes? Of course! Visit Red Ted Art's Blog to get the details on how to make these adorable birds. Look closely and you'll see that the wings and tails are made from leaf rubbings and prints :)
I am thrilled to let you know that I am the guest blogger over on Whip Up today! In preparation for a Handmade Holiday, I have shared some of my favorite crafts that kids can make and give as gifts. I hope you'll check it out and maybe it will give you a little motivation to create your own Handmade Holiday! ✿✿✿ On a sentimental note, I've been blogging for six years this month and Kathreen (creator of Whip Up) was my partner in one of the first swaps I participated in, Back-Tack (any old-timers out there remember that?). The Crafty Crow was just a twinkle in my eye back then but it has been a real treat watching craft bloggers find their niche and develop it and for crafting in general to become a mainstream movement. I can't wait to see what will happen in the next six!
