This week the posts will be all about getting you ready for your Halloween party! Today I'm sharing posts to help you with your decorating and creating just the right spooky atmosphere!
This wreath is from ScrumdillyDo! Everyone will know they've arrived at the scariest place in town :)
I love this idea from The Shabby Nest! Jack-O-Lanterns made from old paperback books!
This adorable ghost garland is available to download at The Long Thread!
We do this at our house too and I love it because it's such a super spooky effect for very little effort :) Check this one and others out at Dandee!
Potions! Paper Dolls For Boys created these scary looking potions!
Another great idea from The Shabby Nest - monogrammed pumpkins! Little ones shouldn't have access to this but I love the idea of creating different scary scenes or words on a pumpkin :)
The Speckled Egg put together a great tutorial for a miniature light flower garland after she received the one above from a friend! What a great way to hide those ugly cords.
Allsorts has a free download for this terrifc Halloween garland! I love how it is strung on black rick rack :)
Spooky music is a must have for every Halloween party and Crafty Suzanne has already put together a great playlist for you!
At our house we have bats hanging from the ceiling and ghosts coming through the doors and windows! Below are a couple of free printables I made for you to print out and make your own :)
This one is a bat - use it as a template to trace onto black cardstock then after you cut them out hang from the ceiling with a bit of fishing line - the more the better!
Here is a ghost - use as a template to trace onto white cardstock, color in the eyes and tape them to your windows. Make some in bigger sizes too!
Here's a great tip to help with your Halloween decorating on my other blog, Bella Dia :)
Tomorrow will be Halloween party food!
