made from found materials
Tell me about your artwork.
I make fairies because I like them. The one with the
silver wings is my favorite. How could I choose a
favorite? I make them because I can. They come into my
mind. Each one is so special to me. I love them. I use
materials that I find when I'm walking around, or toys
I'm not using anymore. I use wooden bodies a lot, but
sometimes I use other stuff. I made one from a penny
and my daddy's guitar pick.
Did you learn anything while doing this artwork?
I love each fairy so much.
What is your favorite medium to work with?
I like to use the glue gun with my teacher,
my sister, or my mom.
